We’re currently monitoring a major outage affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is impacting many cloud-hosted platforms worldwide — including productivity tools, apps, and integrations some of our clients use daily.

If you’re noticing login errors, slow response times, or connection issues with cloud-based software, this may be related to the AWS disruption rather than your local system or network.

What we know so far:

  • The issue began early this morning in AWS’s US-EAST-1 region (Northern Virginia).

  • It’s caused widespread interruptions across popular apps like Snapchat, Ring, Venmo, and many business SaaS providers.

  • AWS has confirmed it is actively working on restoration, and partial recovery is underway.

What you can do:

  • No action is required at this time — your systems and data remain secure.

  • If you’re unsure whether your issue is related, please open a support ticket with us and we’ll verify.
