A quick heads-up on our support coverage for the upcoming holiday weekend.

βœ… Standard support resumes: Tuesday, May 27 at 8:00 AM ET

Our on-call engineers will be available throughout the weekend, but we'll be focused on critical and emergency issues only.


We'll respond right away to:

  • Server, network, or email outages affecting your organization
  • Active security incidents (suspected breach, ransomware, account compromise)
  • Issues blocking patient care, payroll, or other business-critical operations

We'll address on Tuesday:

  • Password resets, new-hire setups, software installs
  • Routine support questions and "nice-to-have" requests
  • Anything that isn't urgent
